The residents manager is very kind, compassionate and understanding.
I like the fact that the staff take the time to get to know youand treat you with respect, more like a friend. The location is perfect, everything is in walking distance.
I have lived in apartments most all of my adult life since 1979 in Hoover. I moved to Chapel Park apartments (now The Benton) in 2006 which is about 10 years so that probably indicates something positive. There are several thing, however, that these and several apartments in the surrounding area of Hoover need in way of improvement. Since things apartment management needs to do and some things the city government of Hoover need to do as well as other government entities. Too long to list here.
There needs to be more outside lighting towards the 3405 area. Its too dark at night.
Tired of roaches. Can't get rid of them.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
