Love the two walk-in closets in the bedroom. My husband and I each have our own space. I also really like having a washer and dryer in my own apartment....that I didn't have to buy!! I've had to go out to laundry mats before. This is not only a lot more convenient, but also saves me a lot of money. Definitely recommend this place.
Owner and wife are extremely cordial, pleasant to talk with and responsive when there is a problem to be resolved/fixed.
Management insures a quite and peaceful living environment.
I'm a good tenant not late on my rent, keep my apt. clean, don't bother my neighbors am quiet,but thats not what Iget in return .My apt. is sooo nasty my dr. told me to email my pictures to channel 19 news.I have showed them the pictures and I was told they were not replacing the carpet or flooring. I moved into this apt. in July 2013 I wish I STAYED IN MY OLD APT.I have complained about the people upstairs many times and they do nothing. Can't wait till my lease is up
This complaint doesn't match our records. Our complex often passes 3rd party inspections. Only 1 tenant moved in 07/2013, so we know who this is. The carpet was professionally cleaned prior to move-in. The damage repaired when they moved out was caused by their pet. Their upstairs neighbor had kids, and we moved them to a downstairs apt 3 months before this review. They broke their lease and owe over $1000 in rent and damages. We wouldn't have renewed their lease. The new tenants have no issues.

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
