It is in a beautiful city at a great location. :^)
The lighting in the parking lot could be better.
They advertise that their apartments are renovated and they are far from it!! They have put in new lenoleum floors and carpet but other than that my apartment is literally falling apart. There has got to be more than 10 layers of paint of the doors which shows that when they are repainted they do not sand them first. As a result the doors have to be yanked open if shut all the way. The seals are all broken on every window and the sliding glass door. I just ran out of space. It's horrible!!!!!!
Maintenance is slow with repairs. Apartment wasn't completely ready when I moved in. I've been here for over a year and there are still some unfinished things left. The garbage can are always full and after filled the residence put the garbage on the ground...no property control. There are cats cats cats all over. Residents walk dogs in grass all over property and do not clean it up. No property control. Office personnel are nice and pleasant so there are no complaints when it comes to them.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
