The staff is friendly, things are fixed in a timely manner and they have great Christmas parties.

I am very satisfied with the response of the staff and the general upkeep. I believe they are doing the verry best that they can. I do have problems dealing with yearly increases in rent; especially for long time renters/ seniors. The apartments need to be updated and the gate replaced. Several people come to the resident that do not reside here for various reasons due to the broken entrance gate. I would hate for the competition to take our current res. Ratings: Average-Good
In general we have been happy with our apartment and have few issues that are not addressed well. My main complaints at the moment are the poor insulation throughout the apartment (in the midst of this cold winter), and also the fact that the complex's front gate has been missing completely for about two months now and no efforts to repair this seem to be made.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
