They should do something about the parking arrangement residents who work till later on at night and I'm not getting a parking spot and they come home visitors end up just getting residents parking

Well i have been here going on 7 years and since that time i have been very satisfied, thats why i am still here and the location is great , since i work in Vestavia Hills Alabama. Since the new owners took over the maintenance request are handled in a timely matter.

Quiet,maintenance is very good , if there's a problem all you have to do is report it and it is taken care of in a timely matter.Although the swimming pool was inoperable last season we've been assured it will be operable this year.

The renting process was difficult, i had to call everyday to ensure things would be ready on my move in date. I still havent received a copy of my lease. When when I moved in the apartment was not clean at alI and many things in the apartment were broken. After I contacted the maintenance about the issues and it took almost 3 weeks before they addressed them. That really gave e a bad impression of the apartment as a whole.
