Best place on this side of town. The rent is reasonable and they are really nice apts.
It's been a good experience with the new management team so far, but had no problems with former owner either. This is my last month in residence as I am moving to Florida. GOOD LUCK WITH FUTURE RESIDENTS
beautiful country setting in the big city life
Renovations underway. The outside is starting too look great but the insides could still use some work. I have been told I would have to move to get the new improvements. The flooring in my current unit is still in very good condition and I have a back yard so why can't your current tenants not get the new appliances too Give us reason to stay than move to the 4700 brand new but less room . The staff are always very nice and the maintenance crew are great. I have never had a problem parking at either of my units I have been in.
When first moved here I loved it. Just enough country living to remind me of where I moved from and the convenience of the city. Now even though that hasn't changed so many other things have. The property has great potential but is going to require renovations on the inside and just new siding and paint. Regretfully I will not be renewing my lease.
