the maintenance staff is awesome, problems are fixed fast and correctly. the staff in the front office helps with any question or concern.
Office staff (one guy in particular) is very impolite. Also, one maintenance guy in particular has a nasty attitude. Valet trash service is unreliable and maintenance fails to follow up on repairs.
Appropriately responds to maintenance and other requests.
I haven't had any issues since the change in owners on the property. I am very happy that the gates are back working after having to pay for a gated community for a entire year and the gates not work for that time.
The office staff is very attentive and eager to take care of any situations we have. The maintenance team is prompt neat and knowledgeable. The grounds are well taken care of and I feel safe living here.
