I have enjoyed living at Colony Woods. I feel like some upgrades to cabinets and countertops could be made. There are a lot of scuff marks on mine that were here at move in. I would also like to see more pressure washing on the exterior of the buildings at the walkways.

The rent is too expensive for the age and quality of these apartments. The apartments are not very insolated for sound. You can hear neighbors walking upstairs and sounds from their apartments near the windows. The landscaping is good but some trees are located too close to windows and parking spaces. This a problem in storms. There is a car wash area but no water hose.The office staff could be more customer service oriented.
