My experience as a resident at Colony Woods has measured up to the way the complex represented themselves. This means I've had no unpleasant surprises. Services have been provided as promised. Most impressive is that maintenance has addressed the two small concerns I've had within one business day. Nice! The apartment and complex are well maintained and secure.
This place is Home, it is literally the only apartment we have lived in that just feels like home. The complex has 2 pools to take the kids or friends to, an awesome workout room, and tons of friendly people. On top of all that the management team is great very friendly. I have lived here for just over a year and anytime I have an issue real or actual they are on top of it and the actually follow up! We really enjoy living here and recommend Colony Woods to everyone we meet! Thanks!

What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
