No one wants to meet with me to discuss issues. Called Atlanta office, no return phone calls. DON'T LIVE HERE!

Well maintained, but too many changes in administrating companies. Some issues with handling of mail packages too. The recreational amenities need updating.

The main issue with this community is all of the hidden fees you are assessed. Recently there was has been a parking lot or entrance overhaul. The changes were minimal and did not appear any better than when I moved in. The construction was an extreme hindrance as far as parking and noise related issues. On top of this inconvenience the valet trash is a complete sham. The community charges you for it in your Monthly bill then charges you another trash related fee. They also add a billing fee....

I would say it's great, but recently they have allowed a towing company to begin managing vehicles at the property. This company tows your car for a flat tire or expired tag and then they charge you $250 to get it back. If you are out of town it costs $50 a day in storage. The tow company is making a big profit. Not right to do to residents at their homestead. The plus is they do keep the grounds looking great and there are no junk cars!
Waiting for new workout equipment and would like upgrades on kitchen and bathroom cabinets and counter tops. Water expense is atrocious. Has doubled with no explanation. The amount before it doubled was too high. Office personnell has been very polite and helpful. Small issues are handled quickly, but large issues seem to be pushed to the background way too long by whomever is in charge.
