I recently moved out of Arbor at Cahaba River because I purchased a home. One month before I moved out I called the office and spoke with the current manager and asked what I needed to do to make sure I get back my full security deposit. I was told that since I have lived there for so long there is no record of me living there for the first two years I was in the complex. The issue still isn't resolved so I'm hoping the right person reads this message and gets back with me.
No one wants to meet with me to discuss issues. Called Atlanta office, no return phone calls. DON'T LIVE HERE!

Well maintained, but too many changes in administrating companies. Some issues with handling of mail packages too. The recreational amenities need updating.
