You get what you pay for. It's pretty nice and great rent to boot. As a college kid, it has everything you could need. It would be nice if the appliances were upgraded but other than that not a bad place to live.
It's the only place worth what your paying.
Living here is affordable, close to campus, and has all the amenities that other apartment's offer. Sure, it has its downsides, but all apartments do.
I would tell them it is a great place. The location to campus is easily accessible. The property is very nice, and the amenities are nice as well.
Fun loving neighbors Quiet apartments Everyone and their dogs are friendly
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
