This is my 3rd year at Wellington Manor. The staff is so nice and always very helpful. They always keep us informed and fixes our problems as quickly as they can.
The apartment size. I am in a very quiet location. I feel safe living here.
Clean apartments, good value
apartments need to be updated with appliances, flooring and carpeting. need to have a designated area for animal defacation instead of other renters using the green space right in front of those of us whom have luxury of it.
Nobody cleaned up after their dogs and I have no pets but my child was embarrassed multiple times at school when she accidentally stepped in it. Mold growth in apartment. Plumbing problems we weren't even warned about and had to be pre-existing from the previous tenant
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
