Excellent response time to maintenance issues Management is Friendly understanding eager to work thru issues for quick resolve. Quite family friendly atmosphere. Convenient close to shopping and interstate.
Mr. and Mrs. Walker are the nicest people you could meet. The apartments are always well taken care of by their maintenance staff. The staff does everything in their power to make everyone's stay a pleasant one. I couldn't give anyone a higher recommendation.
The staff is friendly and efficient, the maintenance men are always ready to help in a timely manner. I love that the back side of my apt. has woods all behind it. Much more private than other places I have lives. Really enjoy the personal touch of the owner, personally taking care of many of the flowers and shrubs herself. Knock out roses, the azaleas were beautiful, holly bushes very pretty. Very well kept up.
The apartments are very well maintain - The View Crew make us feel at home - always responsive to the most minor issues.
Due to a divorce, this was my first apartment, and the first time of living alone, I would have to say this was a perfect place for me.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
Off of I-65, take exit 238. Head north on Hwy. 31; at the 3rd light, turn right onto 7th Ave. by hospital. At the top of the hill, bear right onto 3rd St. Our office is just past the town homes in the first Apartment building on the right, the second breeze way. Look for our American Flag hanging proudly.
